1. Retail Operations Interns — 6 months or 1 Year Internship (successful interns will be placed into the company’s comprehensive Management Program.)
Purpose and Scope:
The main purpose of the internship is to immerse the interns in all aspects of retail operations of the multi-million dollar business. Training takes place in any of the store locations in Singapore. Interns must work from bottom up, grasping all the essential knowledge and skills of retail sales, before being considered to move on to a management program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use company information on brand and product to best demonstrate the inspiration and lifestyle of the brand, image and product.
• Ensure store is stocked and merchandise is presented according to the brand standards.
• Communicates key customer needs and requests to store management to help meet market-specific needs.
• Develop relationship with customers to build loyalty to the brand and products.
• Effectively work with peers to exceed customer expectations and company goals.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the management

Key Requirements:
